Pavlina Holicova is a warm, encouraging wellbeing mentor helping clients reclaim their wellbeing and a compassionate yoga teacher fostering inclusivity and accessibility. She is committed to meeting you where you are. There is support, encouragement, and calm within her classes. Her intention is to create a nurturing space for everyone to feel welcome and good and enjoy practising yoga together.
